Just like you, i want to make a difference

I’ve dedicated my career to for purpose organisations because i believe in their ability to drive social change.

I’ve worked in for purpose organisations for over 10 years, focusing on business development, research, policy and impact measurement. I love working for organisations that have a big and beautiful vision for our communities.

I hold a PhD in Sociology and a Graduate Certificate of Social Impact. I love study and theory, but they have never been enough for me; throughout my career I have searched for actionable and results-driven ways to apply my academic skills to help solve the unique challenges for purpose organisations face.

To be sustainable and effective, for purpose organisations need access to people with research, impact measurement and grants expertise. However they often can’t afford to hire people in these roles, and so this vital work doesn’t get done in a systematic way that leads to results. The failure of research and impact measurement to deliver on its promise makes it seem like an add-on or a ‘nice to have’ when really it is vital.

That’s why I have started this business. I am offering for purpose organisations affordable and flexible access to my skills and expertise in research, impact measurement and grants.
